Bloons Tower Defense is a simple tower defense game. Actually, for a tower defense type game it scores below average. However it is developed by the creators of popular Bloons game, and uses bloons themes and sprites in it. If you are looking for a good tower defense game, there are better alternatives in this category, but if you are a bloons fan like me, you should try bloons tower defense too. Have fun!

easy game i beat it with all 40 lives left … only took 30 minutes. but it was fun and the idea is funner and more colorful then most td games.

my advice for beating desktop td with ease use all pellet towers and make it insto a maze so they can only go one way and it takes them long pellet towers are cheap effective and they are land and air defense im only 2 but i kick ass at the game
its easy to beat just buy monkeys and thats it dont upgrade and just put them in areas where they can hit the bloons for a long time corners and middle best

just line the road with dart towers and a couple of super monkeys and you’re all set

butthead has it right. dart towers and supermonkeys is all it takes.
i think that you should buy monkeys and upgrade them. then you should buy some tack towers and bomb towers. then upgrade everything and just keep buying monkeys where they are needed, but upgrade them all
to win the game start with a tack tower and put it at the first corner then get a dart tower and place it at the bottom line then you just carry on

If you ask me this was a pretty challenging game but i made it through with 6 lives 3 super monkeys and a bout 30 regular monkeys bombs and freezing things i would highly unrecommended because when you get to black and white bloons unless the bombs and freezers are at the very end it would be pretty useless besides they are extremely slow.
hey everyone dont play bloons td on addictinggames play on ninja kiwi. on addictinggames tack towers cost 125 more then on kiwi.
also dont upgrade when close to money round (lvl 30) save money and buy a super monkey soon after that

Lawl, beat this game in 8 minutes, all 40 lives, they need to make a new, harder one… And it should be at least 3x longer…
I wont say who I am, but I played a concert last night and people there were talking about this game and some guy told me that if you hold F4 when you buy somthing, It will be twice as powerful

Well that wasn’t too hard - I’ve been trying to beat it forever before realizing all you had to do was build the monkey towers - forget all the rest of the crap. Beat it with liek no trouble what so ever but i did need 2 super monker and like 33 tack so like
there 50 levels and htere all too easy
I beat the game with 5 super monkeys and finished the game with 1 life LOL I sold everything else i owned in level 40

get about 7-8 monkeys with both upgrades(but save a space in the middle of the screen) all around the begining of the path and about 4-5 canons next to them .. nothing can get thru.. so u can save up for supper monkey which u put in the middle space that u left.. the n save up 4 epic range which covers the whole screen..ALSO try out bloons tower defence 2!
all you have to do is put a load of bomb towers and monkeys in the first little turn and then surround it with monkeys and then save up for a super monkey. And BTW level 50 with 40 lives 1 super monkey, 2 tack towers (good crowd thinners), 10 cannon towers, and 40 monkeys. Dont buy freeze towers and BTD 2 is way harder.

ARRRG. i bought a freaking super monkey and i only had that and dart monkey and then an @$$ load of lead bloons came and i didnt get to see the super monkey do any REAL damage. I AAM SO TICKED OFF.
Hello, this is my first time playing, and I have to say, it is pretty easy. All you really have to do is by alot of dart towers and one or two super monkeys. I am on the hunt for cheats to help other gamers out, so if you know any, please send it to mamading@sbcglobal.net

this is so easy, try beating it with only dart towers!!! i own. it is easy.
Hey all of you guys that are stuck I beat the game with all 40 lives and I used only dart monkeys! No cannons, super monkeys, freezeballs, only dart monkeys! Very fun game untill you learn about using only normal dart towers @(^_^)@

Completed on easy normal hard round 25:P i finished easy with 18 dart towers 1 super monkey 3 cannons ice tower and 1 tack normal i just did bout 60 dart and cannons. 10/10 hope theres a 3rd

dude just get all regular monkeys and line them up in the middle, its so easy. then on the last level sell everything and get 6 supermonkeys to beat it, then t-bag it

beat the game in about 45min with 4 super monkies,16 tack towers, and 19 dart towers and 45 money left over. 35/40 lives :p
all of my tack towers were upgraded. none of my super monkies were upgraded (don’t need to upgrade them), none of my dart tower’s had upgrades eather

When you buy the regular monkeys, dont pay for the extra range. its not worth it. just buy the piercing darts. all the other towers are useless
also, extra range on super monkeys isn’t worth it either. they are too inaccurate at distances

Finally finished!!! I had to get 2 super monkeys, 1 tack tower and 24 dart towers and everything was upgraded!

Hey. For everyone who is stuck in the game, since no one is giving a clear answer how to beat it easily, I will tell you how.
For the first few levels, get enough money to build 4-5 Dart Towers in the middle of the screen between the two paths. Don’t buy anything else or upgrade anything else. After you’ve got 4-5 Dart Towers in the middle of the screen, upgrade each one with the Piercing Darts upgrade. Once that’s done, upgrade each one with the Long Range Darts upgrade. From then on, everytime you get enough money, buy a Dart Tower and place it on any corner of a path. Then upgrade it again with the Piercing Darts upgrade FIRST and THEN the Long Range Darts upgrade SECOND. Keep doing this until you have about 10 Dart Towers on the screen (5 in the middle, 5 on the corners of paths).
After that, start buying Tack Towers and placing them on the corners of paths. After buying one, do not buy another right away. Upgrade it FIRST with the Faster Shooting upgrade and AFTER with the Extra Range Tacks upgrade. Make sure to upgrade in the order I’m telling you or you won’t stand a chance at winning.
DO NOT EVER BUY ICE TOWERS OR BOMB TOWERS.
Ice Towers do not destroy any bloons at all. They are a complete waste of your time. Bomb Towers fire too slowly and do not destroy Black Bloons, the ones you will have trouble with the most on the later levels.
Once you’ve got about 10 Dart Towers and 10 Tack Towers set up in the positions I’ve told you to place them, start saving cash for the Super Monkey. You’ll need $4,000 to buy it, but if you have done what I said above, you’ll easily be able to go through 10-15 levels and get the cash you need to buy it. The Super Monkey is awesome. Remember to place it in the middle of the screen (sell one of the first Dart Towers you built in the middle of the screen if you don’t have enough room to place the Super Monkey).
From there, it’s a piece of cake. Just let the Super Monkey do all the work for you and once you have enough money, buy more Super Monkies.
i won by just upgrading dart towers with piercing darts.
build about 5 monkey towers in good place, upgrade them before buying new ones
then stick a couple tack towers in original path
add monkeys if you need
then when you have about 3000
save
and buy supermonkey
continue with supermonkey, save
sell more shit, buy more supermonkey
repeat
just finished with 39 lives by this strategy
if you have heard of cheat engine there is a new one called 5.4 and you change the value of the money to around one million and you can’t lose so you can have as many super monkies as you like lol idge
